New Book Gives Tips on How to Talk to Kids About Their Eating Habits
Sanjay Raja’s new book, The Food Talk, offers tips on how you can talk to your kids about food and change their eating habits for the better. In the book, he makes the excellent point that talking to your kids about food is just as important as talking to them about sex – food and sex are both great fun, but there are always risks.
