Here we are talking about 100% pure concentration. We don’t mean sitting down to meditate for 14.4 minutes and letting your mind wander and drift through the other 49,500 thoughts. Can you give 100% attention and focus on your desire for 14.4 minutes.

In one sitting, most people cannot. Their minds are not able to stay focused for that long. Most minds will start to wander and drift before a minute has passed. So what can you do?

That would mean we need to find 29 (it’s actually 28.8 but let’s round it up for simplicity) times during our day where we can focus for just thirty seconds on what we want to appear in our lives .

14.4 minutes x 60 seconds/minute = 864 seconds

864 seconds ÷ 30 seconds = 28.8 times per day

What if you could focus for a minute at a time instead of 30 seconds? How many times a day should you spend focusing on your desires?

864 seconds ÷ 60 seconds (1 minute) = 14.4 times per day

What if you could skip a full 2 ​​minutes?

864 seconds ÷ 120 seconds (2 minutes) = 7.2 times per day

We guarantee that if you spend just 14.4 minutes a day replacing just 500 of your 50,000 unhelpful thoughts, you will begin to see everything you want manifest in your life.
